November Investor Confidence Index rose 1.7 points to 80.9
The November Global Investor Confidence Index increased to 80.9, up 1.7 points from October’s revised reading of 79.2, but still remains well below a neutral reading of 100, adding to the streak of cautionary investor behavior since late 2018.

November Fannie Mae Home Purchase Sentiment index up 2.7 points to 91.5
The Fannie Mae (FNMA/OTCQB) Home Purchase Sentiment Index® (HPSI) increased 2.7 points in November to 91.5, reversing the decline from last month and re-approaching the survey high set in August. Three of the six HPSI components increased month over month, including large increases in the percentage of Americans who believe it’s a good time to buy and that home prices will go up over the next 12 months.
