Holbrook Communities begins development of one-of-a-kind active adult community that dramatically changes the paradigm and perception of senior living
(Alpharetta, GA) October, 2018 – North Fulton-based Holbrook Communities is going to bless the ground where Holbrook Woodstock, a unique active living campus will be developed. Spanning 20 acres, the company’s third Atlanta community for Active Adults seeking luxurious, active, enriched and inspired living is expected to be completed by October 2020.
The ground blessing ceremony will take place on Friday, November 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Holbrook Woodstock, 13682 Highway 92. Senior executives from the City of Woodstock, Choate Construction, Speak Life Management, CEO Al Holbrook, and pastor from Woodstock Baptist will be speaking.
Holbrook Woodstock will be home to over 175 active living residences, 74 enriched living residences, 25 inspiration residences and 16 active living cottages. The amenities are unprecedented and feature an indoor saltwater pool, an award-winning culinary services director, farm to table restaurants open to the public, wine cellar, full service spa with saltwater pool, travel club, match maker service, small business incubation center, an exclusive sports bar, concierge physician and much more. Each residence comes equipped with all utilities, WiFi, house cleaning and an ionization system that releases negative ions clearing the air of airborne allergens such as pollen, mold, bacteria and viruses. Once they reach the bloodstream, the negative ions increase serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress and boost daytime energy.
