ALISO VIEJO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Representing its first 55+ age-restricted community in Orange County, The New Home Company (NEW HOME, NYSE: NWHM) has announced the opening of its Sales Gallery at Agave, a neighborhood of 80 single-story flats within the La Floresta master plan in Brea.
NEW HOME will open an on-site Sales Gallery on August 19 for the Agave Interest Registry and general public as part of its upcoming pre-sales program. This will be the first opportunity for interested home shoppers to meet with the Sales Managers, view anticipated pricing, and walk the phase one residences now under construction. A model home Grand Opening for Agave is anticipated for late October 2017.
