Sunrise Senior Living Opens Orange County Community
A 93-unit senior housing community, Sunrise of Orange by Sunrise Senior Living, has opened in Orange, California. HPI Architecture was the architect for the project and the general contractor was W.E. O’Neil Construction, and Sunrise design team handled the interior design.
According to Multi-Housing News, the 75,000-square-foot, two-story building incorporates studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans. Common-area amenities include a fitness center, a theater room, a spa, a salon, a medical exam room, multiple dining rooms, a bistro, outdoor courtyards, walking paths and approximately 62 parking spaces.
