Danielian Associates shares completed 55+ project
Danielian Associates, award-winning architecture and planning studio announces their recently completed project in collaboration with K. Hovnanian® Homes.
This design by Danielian Associates was for the clubhouse in the Four Seasons at the Ranch 55+ community in Rancho Cordova, Calif.
Danielian Associates approached this design to be a central hub for the community. The clubhouse brings together a variety of open spaces, gathering areas and amenities that support an active adult lifestyle. Thoughtful planning from Danielian allows residents to connect with neighbors, participate in activities and enjoy spaces that encourage wellness, relaxation and everyday fun. Inside the 29,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse, the community offers a lounge, billiards room and fire pit.
Homes in the community allow for up to 2,916 sq. ft., with three beds, three-and-a-half baths and two-and-a-half car garages.
