Luxury Senior Community the Retreat Opens in Payson, Plans Expansion
With phase one having opened in April of 2021, phase two is set to open late this month in April of 2023.
According to Daily Herald, “we are excited to open phase two of The Retreat at South Haven Farms, a one-of-a-kind senior apartment community in Payson, which is a quieter place for a unique living experience,” said Jeff Southard, President of South Haven Development.
With more apartments in one, two, and three bedroom plans opening soon, amenities will double, meaning two movie theater rooms, fitness centers, game and craft rooms, rentable storage units on each floor of the building and more.
The community is pet friendly and will soon have a dog park, clubhouse and pool. The new outdoor amenities are expected to be finished in July, complete with a pool party to celebrate its opening. The Retreat also works to keep residents connected to the community as a whole.
